Replacement Workshop Roof + Overhang
'MB Carpentry have previously completed a number of major works at my home,namely full first floor chalet extension and all internal works that included fitted wardrobes in all rooms and oak door hangings. So knowing the quality of MBs work I arranged for my very large wooden workshop roof that was in a state of decay and water ingress to to removed and replaced with a new roof/batten and additional overhang for extra storage space. His extensive knowledge and years of highly skilled carpentry made this job an easy fix. Using top quality replacement materials that we discussed prior to work.'

Extension Knock Through, New Kitchen and Roof
'Matt has done a brilliant job knocking through our dining area and fitting a new open plan kitchen. He is friendly, pays great attention to detail and has been really accommodating with what we have wanted. He and his team work really hard and have kept us up to date through the whole process. Matt is a fantastic carpenter and we're really pleased with all the work he has done. I'd really recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again!'

'We had a full side extension which included an open plan kitchen shower room and utility room, I cannot fault Matthews work, he was always on time, clean and tidy and spoke us through step by step what was going on. There was a few problems with the kitchen items which Matthew sorted within days.'

Pitching an Extension Roof Plus Fitting a Kitchen and a Wooden Floor
'We used Matt 3 years ago for a loft conversion and were so over the moon with the results that we didn't even get second quote when it came to an extension roof replacement (we pitched it with two very large Velux sky lights), fitted a new kitchen plus replaced all the wooden flooring downstairs. We experienced exactly the same dedication, attention to detail and professional workmanship that we've come to expect from Matt and his team. Reliable, punctual, polite, OCD levels of cleanliness (despite not having a roof for a while!) and daily updates of progress. 11/10 and perfect! Thank you Matt!'

Loft Conversion Including a Double Hip to Gable Roof Extension, Rear Juliet Dormer and 4 Roof Windows
'Matt has just completed our loft conversion and we are over the moon with the finished look.We have used Matt a number of times over the years and this was our biggest project by far considering its scale. Matt communicated during the various phases of the project and was always courteous and very respectful whilst working at our home. Loft project signed off by building control with added praise by the BC insp. He takes great pride in his work and it shows.I wouldn't hesitate to use Matt again in the future and I would highly recommend him to friends and family if they needed any work doing.'

1st Floor Chalet Extension
'Met MB the previous year (2021) as I required a local builder to build our 1st floor chalet extension consisting of (two extra bedrooms and one bathroom). From our first meeting and our discussions about the building plans It was clear I would have a highly professional and skilled builder. He confirmed this the area of work he specialises in. This also included the other trades peoples who he directly employs regularly to complete the other specialist work required, namely roofer, electrician, plumber and plasterer, etc.His quality of work and his attention to detail has been exceptional.'

Loft Conversion
'First time we have done any building works and we came across Matt and his team for their great rating. He talked us through the entire process in advance and put our minds at rest. Matt and his team are so friendly, flexible, trustworthy and professional. We had daily updates including photos and phone calls. Matt’s calm, friendly nature along with second to none quality of work means that we have booked him and his team for next year for a new kitchen/extension.
